AITOC support gave us very good help with their customisation services. They were patient, responsive and very friendly to provide advice on how to get the extension installed. We have tested it with our 5 integrated payment gateways and it works like a charm.
P.S. we are doing some theming on our side and will be bringing up live soon for others to check the extension.
