The functionality of this extension is available in Magento EE 1.10+, so the update with EE 1.10+ compatibility will not be released, and refunds on the compatibility grounds will not be issued. Please pay attention to the details of license option you choose. The number you select should be equal or greater than the total number of active users on your Magento for extension to function properly.
To determine the total number of active users, please go to System> Permissions> Users in your Admin Panel, set Status to Active and press the Search button. You will get a “Total XYZ records found” message, where XYZ is the total number of Active Users.
You will be able to upgrade the license in the future, if you need to do so. Please refer to the Purchase/Upgrade Guide for more details.
