All our extensions come with an automatic installer, but it might not work on some server configurations and when Magento software is customized. To make your experience with AITOC’s extensions simple, we offer paid installation services. If you feel that you might have troubles with installing our extensions, we advise that you order professional installation services before you encounter problems.
Please note that the installation price covers up to one hour of work and is good for up to 2 extensions* at a time. The installation is considered complete when extension is running on client’s Magento as indicated in the product description.
The installation price doesn’t cover the cost of achieving compatibility with the 3rd party extensions and custom themes. As we don’t know how long it would take to achieve compatibility, we advise to purchase the installation, have the extension installed, and if needed, our staff will provide you with the time and cost estimates on the work needed to achieve compatibility with the 3rd party extensions and custom themes. If this work can be done within one hour (including the installation), we’ll do it for free.
