We were told by a dozen development teams that what we wanted to accomplish wasn't possible using Magento. All were supposedly Magento experts. AITOC took the time to discuss with us for several days the EXACT requirements we wanted and estimated the project at just over $4000. The Quality of Service and the Professionalism I received from AITOC far surpasses any web development company I have dealt with. They provided me with guidance, support, and input every step of the way. All of the work I needed done involved a live site, so there was no room for error or the members would have noticed right away. Since they used testing servers before loading any changes to my server the results were perfect every time. Since we started our online business in 2005 we've dealt with over 50 web developers. We began working with AITOC when we purchased the site ISPcheck.com. AITOC is the company which developed the backend for that site. We have been so impressed with their organizational skills and programming that we outsourced to them a major project of building, from scratch, an engine for us to be able to operate and administer multiple article sites, the first being DevPapers.com.
What I found with AITOC blew me away! Within a day or two, we had a complete detailed project plan in a very nice format, including screen shots of what each page and function would be. We discussed implementation of the project in multiple phases so our time to market would be the least possible. I am pleased to say that within 3 weeks, we were live, and another 3 weeks later we were completed with all three phases.
What impresses me most about AITOC is their integrity. They receive multiple requests each month to sell to other companies the code they wrote for us. Not only do they protect our intellectual property, but they always inform us of exactly who is requesting the information so we can be aware.

Situation:
Service Integrity is an emerging software company in the IT software market. As the company expanded, we needed to replace our current static web site with a dynamic, content-managed solution to allow quicker and more cost effective web updates.
Challenge:
The challenge was to deliver a new website, with a new design, and all new content, on a content-managed platform in under 6 weeks – and all on a small-business budget.
Solution:
We found www.smbcms.com via a Google search, and test drove the product through the online demo. We were impressed with the ease-of-use and depth of functionality, but we were a little concerned that the whole company was off-shore, and so it may be difficult for us to control and manage the project and delivery.
We also had some custom work we needed and were unsure of the competency of the AITOC team as we’d never used them before. We contact them via chat, and emailed a proposal to them. We also evaluated 2 other local vendors, one which we’d used before and trusted.
In the end we decided to go with the AITOC/SMBCMS solution because we felt the product was a better fit for us.
We selected the SMBCMS e-commerce package (not for the shopping application, but because of some other advanced functionality we needed). We also specified additional custom capabilities, including advanced press release and media-coverage publishing tools, an automatically generated RSS news feed, marketing campaign cookie tracking, hidden campaign pages, and integration with Salesforce.com.
Results:
This whole site is delivered by the SMBCMS product. The project ran flawlessly, and hit all the promised time and content milestones. The SMBCMS product performed as advertised. We hosted the software at our own hosting provider on Linux/Apache/MySQL. We provided the actual site design to AITOC in finalized HTML from our own local designer. AITOC implemented all the site templates and created the empty site for us to publish the content into. It took us about 2 days to build out all the content and navigation of about 60 pages once AITOC delivered the empty core site to us.
Surprisingly we never actually spoke to the project team at AITOC, but communicated as often as we needed by live IM chat and email. This proved very satisfactory and they provided a very good project team. Every issue was rapidly resolved to a high quality. We were very satisfied with their work, turn-around, and customer focus.
We found the experience very easy, something we’d do again in the same situation. We’d highly recommend the company and its product to others. By the way, this is a completely independent reference – we are just a satisfied customer.
