5 Reasons to Come to Developers Paradise #Magento Conference
Developers Paradise, the annual “code and catch some sun” conference, is only 2 months away.
This year, it is organized by Inchoo (a Magento development hub that needs no introduction), and it will take place from April the 25th to April the 28th in the sunny city of Opatija, Croatia. Here are some key reasons to attend.
1. It is developer-centered
The Developers Paradise conference is for developers first and foremost. It has a higher degree of geekiness and techieness than other Magento conferences, and opens up with a hackathon for those who want to attend it on Monday, April the 25th.
2. It is in English
Unlike some Meet Magento gatherings that have a mix of English-language speakers and local-language presenters, Developers Paradise is all English. It is somewhat similar to the popular Meet Magento New York conference, but has a more diverse group of attendees.
3. It has a great panel of speakers
Have you always wanted to meet Ivan Chepurnyi, Fabian Schmengler or Gabriel Somoza in an informal format? You will be able to, if you come to Developer’s Paradise. And, there are many more big Magento names among the 20+ international speakers confirmed to be there so far.
4. It features plenty of Magento 2 Topics
If you look at the list of talks, an overwhelming majority of them have to do with Magento 2. For example, the conference agenda includes “Developing for Magento 2” by Max Yekaterynenko of Magento, “State of import in Magento 2” by Nils Preuß of Polo Motorrad and “Full Page Caching in Magento 2 for humans” by Norbert Nagy of Session Digital.
5. It is in Opatija, gdi!
From breathtaking beaches, woods and mountains to delicious food, to the UNESCO-listed bell ringers parade, there are tons of reasons to visit Opatija, which is among Croatia’s top tourist destinations. Logistics-wise, it is even not that far from Munich, Vienna or Milan (see the nearby airports on this FAQ page).
