How does the module work?
The module displays incentive text on both the cart page and the mini-cart, telling customers how much money they need to spend to qualify for free shipping.
Threshold value for free shipping
You can configure the threshold value for receiving free shipping. The customer qualifies for free shipping when the cart subtotal exceeds the threshold value.
If the cart subtotal is lower than the threshold value, the module will notify users how much more they need to spend to receive free shipping.
Mini-cart free shipping reminder
In the mini-cart, the incentive text will appear per the image if the order total does not exceed the threshold value for free shipping.
The mini-cart text and value are static. You can update text from the module configuration.
The text only appears on the mini-cart if the cart subtotal is lower than the threshold value.
Cart Page
The module compares the Order Total with the Threshold value for free shipping configured in the module.
Suppose the order total is less than the threshold value. In that case, the module will display the remaining amount to qualify and get the free shipping option on the cart page.
It is in a prominent location, so the customer sees the amount required to qualify.
Checkout page
The module displays the remaining amount to qualify for free shipping on the checkout page below the shipping methods.
The same cart page message appears on the checkout page.
