How does the module work?
The User Birthday module is part of the Follow Up Email extension.
Campaign and statistics
The module allows you to create and run different campaigns simultaneously.
For each campaign, you can check and track the statistics. This will give you an idea about how your campaign is performing, and you can take further decisions/actions.
Provide personalize discount or use existing discount rule
You can decide if you want to create a personalized discount and include it in the email or if you want to use the existing cart price to provide a discount.
If you choose the "Fixed or Percentage" discount type, you will be asked to enter the discount amount/percentage value and period when the discount ends.
Decide when the customer should receive an email
You can decide when your customer should receive the personalized email. In each email configuration, you can configure the delay period.
The email goes out and is received by the customer after the selected delay period.
Include new products in the email
You can include the products marked as new using the "Set Product as New From" attribute of the product.
